As a single photographer I can easily cover a single-track event. 2-3 tracks are also possible, but we may need to prioritise whom and what is essential, keeping the need for additional team members and ultimately cost down.
When the scale increases or total coverage is a must its time to deploy multiple photographers and a dedicated editor. Essential to ensure we can deliver on the day for the more significant events.
I don't like homework and I do like seeing clients use photos on the day, on their platforms generating some good old fashioned FOMO for those who did not attend. Waiting for a few days or even weeks after an event misses out on sharing the activities, in great quality as they happen.
Flickr and Pic-Time are our platforms of choice as they provides brilliant sharing options for you, your sponsors, and delegates. Its a great opportunity to give your delegates and sponsors high quality images to shout about the brilliant event they are at.
